Exodus  34:7a     [God said,]  “I show this unfailing love to many thousands by forgiving every kind of sin and rebellion.  Even so I do not leave sin unpunished

      

Isaiah  55:7     Let the people turn from their wicked deeds.  Let them banish from their minds the very thought of doing wrong!  Let them turn to the Lord that He may have mercy on them.  Yes, turn to our God, for He will abundantly pardon.

      

Isaiah  59:2     But there is a problem – your sins have cut you off from God.  Because of your sin, He has turned away and will not listen anymore.

      

Luke  19:10     [Jesus said,]  “And I, the Son of Man, have come to seek and save those like him who are lost.”

      

John  1:1     In the beginning the Word already existed.  He was with God, and He was God.

      

John  1:12     But to all who believed Him and accepted Him, He gave the right to become children of God.

      

John  1:14     So the Word became human and lived here on earth among us.  He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness.  And we have seen His glory, the glory of the only Son of the Father.

      

John  3:3     Jesus replied, “I assure you, unless you are born again, you can never see the Kingdom of God.”

      

John  3:16     For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.

      

John  3:18     There is no judgment awaiting those who trust Him.  But those who do not trust Him have already been judged for not believing in the only Son of God.

      

John  3:36     And all who believe in God’s Son have eternal life.  Those who don’t obey the Son will never experience eternal life, but the wrath of God remains upon them.

      

John  5:24     [Jesus said,]  “I assure you, those who listen to My message and believe in God who sent Me have eternal life.  They will never be condemned for their sins, but they have already passed from death into life.”

      

John  6:47     [Jesus said,]  “I assure you, anyone who believes in me already has eternal life.”

      

John  7:31     Many among the crowds at the Temple believed in Him.  “After all,” they said, “would you expect the Messiah to do more miraculous signs than this man has done?”

John  14:6     Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life.  No one can come to the Father except through Me.”

      

John  14:21     [Jesus said,]  “Those who obey My commandments are the ones who love Me.  And because they love Me, My Father will love them, and I will love them.  And I will reveal Myself to each one of them.”

      

John  20:31     But this has been written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing in Him you will have life.

      

Acts  3:19     Now turn from your sins and turn to God, so you can be cleansed of your sins.

Acts  17:30     God overlooked people’s former ignorance about these things, but now He commands everyone everywhere to turn away from idols and turn to Him.

      

Romans  3:23-24     For all have sinned; all fall short of God’s glorious standard.  Yet now God in His gracious kindness declares us not guilty.  He has done this through Christ Jesus, who has freed us by taking away our sins.

      

Romans  5:8     But God showed His great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.

      

Romans  5:12     When Adam sinned, sin entered the entire human race.  Adam’s sin brought death, so death spread to everyone, for everyone sinned.

      

Romans  6:23     For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.

      

Romans  10:9-10     For if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.  For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.

      

I Corinthians  15:3-6a     I passed on to you what was most important and what had also been passed on to me – that Christ died for our sins, just as the Scriptures said.  He was buried, and He was raised from the dead on the third day, as the Scriptures said.  He was seen by Peter and then by the twelve apostles.  After that, He was seen by more than five hundred

      

II Corinthians  5:7     That is why we live by believing and not by seeing.

      

II Corinthians  5:17     What this means is that those who become Christians become new persons.  They are not the same anymore, for the old life is gone.  A new life has begun!

      

II Corinthians  5:21     For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.

      

Ephesians  1:7     He is so rich in kindness that He purchased our freedom through the blood of His Son, and our sins are forgiven.

      

Ephesians  2:1-4     Once you were dead, doomed forever because of your many sins.  You used to live just like the rest of the world, full of sin, obeying Satan, the mighty prince of the power of the air.  He is the spirit at work in the hearts of those who refuse to obey God.  All of us used to live that way, following the passions and desires of our evil nature.  We were born with an evil nature, and we were under God’s anger just like everyone else.  But God is so rich in mercy, and He loved us so very much

      

Ephesians  2:8-9     God saved you by His special favor when you believed.  And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God.  Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.

      

Colossians  1:14     God has purchased our freedom with His blood and has forgiven all our sins.

      

Colossians  1:27b     For this is the secret:  Christ lives in you, and this is your assurance that you will share in His glory.

      

Hebrews  2:3     What makes us think that we can escape if we are indifferent to this great salvation that was announced by the Lord Jesus Himself?  It was passed on to us by those who heard Him speak

      

Hebrews  12:2     We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, on whom our faith depends from start to finish.  He was willing to die a shameful death on the cross because of the joy He knew would be His afterward.  Now He is seated in the place of highest honor beside God’s throne in heaven.

      

Hebrews  13:5b     For God has said,  “I will never fail you.  I will never forsake you.”

      

I John  1:7b-9     the blood of Jesus, His Son, cleanses us from every sin.  If we say we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and refusing to accept the truth.  But if we confess our sins to Him, He is faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us from every wrong.

      

I John  3:1-2     See how very much our heavenly Father loves us, for He allows us to be called His children, and we really are!  But the people who belong to this world don’t know God, so they don’t understand that we are His children.  Yes, dear friends, we are already God’s children, and we can’t even imagine what we will be like when Christ returns.  But we do know that when He comes we will be like Him, for we will see Him as He really is.

      

I John  4:8b-9     for God is love.  God showed how much He loved us by sending His only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through Him.

      

I John  4:15     All who proclaim that Jesus is the Son of God, have God living in them, and they live in God.

      

I John  5:11-13     And this is what God has testified:  He has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.  So whoever has God’s Son has life;  whoever does not have His Son does not have life.  I write this to you who believe in the Son of God, so that you may know you have eternal life.

      

Revelation  3:20    [Jesus said,]  “Look!  Here I stand at the door and knock.  If you hear Me calling and open the door, I will come in, and we will share a meal as friends.”
